- Visual Inspection (ASTM D 2563)
- Hydrostatic leak tightness test to 1.5 or 2 times of working pressure (AWWA C 950 / ASTM D 3517 / IS: 12709 / BS: 5480 / IS: 14402 )
- Dimensional check for wall thickness, length & diameter (ASTM D 3567 / BS 5480 / IS: 12709 / IS 14402)
- Resin Cured by Barcol Hardness (ASTM D 2583 / NB 1216016)
Batch Testing
One pipe in every 200 pipes or lot size as specified by the customer is subjected for the following.
- Axial tensile strength (ASTM D 2105 / ASTM D 638 / BS 5480 / IS:14402 / NB 1216016 / NB 1216017)
- Hoop tensile strength (ASTM D 2290 / BS 5480 / IS:12709 / IS:14402 / NB 1216016 / NB 1216017)
- Structural Integrity at deflected condition (ASTM D 2412 / BS 5480 / IS:12709 /IS :14402 / NB 1216016 / NB 1216017)
- Stiffness & Flexural Modulus (ASTM D 2412 / BS 5480 / IS:12709 / IS :14402 / NB 1216016 / NB 1216017)
